      We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Social Media Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's marketing initiatives. As the Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, marketing communications, and social media campaigns that elevate our organization's profile within the Jewish community. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Implementation:
      •  Develop, implement, and manage innovative marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
      •  Execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and positioning within the Jewish community.
      Social Media Management:
      •  Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's social media strategy.
      •  Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of social media campaigns.
      •  Manage social media content creation and distribution in collaboration with copywriters and designers.
      Content Development and Publication Oversight:
      •  Provide editorial direction for all organizational publications, ensuring high-quality content and design.
      •  Oversee the production and distribution of print and electronic materials, maintaining brand consistency.
      •  Work to ensure that all content is informative, engaging, and aligned with organizational objectives.
      Public Relations and Media Coordination:
      •  Coordinate media interest and proactively engage with target media to ensure regular coverage.
      •  Ensure timely and appropriate responses to media inquiries.
      Collaboration and Teamwork:
      •  Collaborate closely with development teams to align marketing efforts with fundraising and organizational goals.
      •  Foster a collaborative work environment and cross-functional communication.
      Qualifications:
      • Proven experience in social media management, marketing, and public relations.
      •  Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
      •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      •  Familiarity with the Jewish community and culture is a plus.
      Working Arrangement:
      •  This position is available as either part-time or full-time, offering flexibility to accommodate different schedules.
