Job Description

A dynamic landscape construction company and is looking to hire a seasoned operations manager to oversee operations. Responsibilities:

• Provide senior leadership and strategic direction for projects
• Oversee and manage the entire landscape construction process from start to finish
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders
• Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand the company's portfolio
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals
• Oversee operations management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager role
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and contracts
• Strategic planning abilities to drive business growth and success
• Demonstrated expertise in operations management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and best practices
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
