Job involves processing invoices, managing Yardi, invoicing tenants, collecting rents, paying vendors, and registering property and tenants with HPD. Looking for someone with experience with Yardi. Plus if candidate understands the laws in NYC. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours. Hours: Mon-Thurs, 10 am-3 pm, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm.
