We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical HVAC and water source cooling systems to lead projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of mechanical projects Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Participate in weekly project meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Report to the General Contractor on scheduling, progress, and address any mechanical questions or concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the project.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Experience managing large-scale mechanical projects.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• 5+ years of experience in project management in the mechanical HVAC field
