Description
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers entering the retail location and determining their needs and interests
- Presenting and demonstrating various cell phones, devices, accessories and service plans
- Answering customer questions regarding mobile devices, plans, carriers, and capabilities
- Managing all aspects of the sale from product selection through checkout and paperwork
- Establishing positive relationships with customers and providing excellent service
- Meeting individual and team sales goals and achievement of key performance metrics
- Completing administrative tasks as needed, such as managing inventory or visual merchandising
- Experience in retail sales, particularly wireless services/devices
- Strong knowledge of the wireless industry and available products/services
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities
- High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
