Sous Chef & Kitchen Manager
Full-Time. Annual Salary: $60,000-$67,000 + Benefits
Requirements:
Culinary degree and Food Handler certification
At least 4 years of experience in a restaurant
A strong understanding of all facets of restaurant operations
and services
Specific knowledge of purchasing, receiving, maintenance,
inventory, P&L procedures
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
